Ruth Charbonneau, JD, RN, is the Associate Director of the Lambert Center for the Study of Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp, Thomas Jefferson University. She served in the executive leadership team of several Commissioners for the NJ Department of Health and completed her tenure as Chief of Staff for the Department. She served as a NJ Governor’s Fellow. She received an RN diploma from Faulkner Hospital,, a BA from Clark University, and a JD from Case Western Reserve University.
