Charles Latini Jr., PP, AICP is a Partner with InField Cannabis in addition to being Principal of L&G Planning, a West Trenton based urban planning firm. He is also the President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association (APANJ) and has been extensively involved in matters of statewide planning and economic growth over the course of his career. Over the last several years, Mr. Latini’s exposure to national land use planning issues has afforded him the opportunity to work directly with colleagues and cannabis industry leaders from Colorado, Oregon, Maine, and Washington State. His relationships and experience has gained him an in-depth working knowledge of the cannabis industry – particularly from the economic development and land use perspective. Coupled with his interest in growing the medicinal and hemp industries both state and nationwide, he is a go-to resource for both local governments, MSO’s, and budding cannapreneurs. Consulting both governmental and private sector clients he has worked directly with applicants during the last two rounds of NJ’s Medicinal Cannabis expansion in application support and strategy, gaining local support and development approvals.
